Summary
There're many reasons 28 year old performer Tagashira Shinichi wants to die but mostly he just stopped caring about life. Then he bumps into Yuu, a former classmate and friend. When Yuu pushes Shinichi to see his little brother again things get more complicated. Can Shinichi find something to live for?

My Thoughts on the Manga
This Manga is a mixure of love and annoyence, it's a love hate feeling for this manga. You love it because the plot is great and you get good flash backs but then you hate it because of how depress Tagashira Sinichi is and how selfish he is. I'm glad it turn out fine for the couple in the end but the lead up was so annoying and I started to hate Tagashira more and more as I read this manga.

Tagashira Shinichi is the most annoying manga character I have read in a long while. He acts like he doesn't care about none of his friends at all which may be true because since his friends couldn't get into the music industry he goes behind their backs and goes into the music industry. He makes one hit then goes down hill after that. Not just that Yuu who looked up to him in high school was completely used and soon ignored and left behind when Shinichi goes into the music industry. It was just to annoying and I couldn't see the perspective from the characters point of view at all. I'm surprised that Yuu took him in and still loved him after what Shinichi did to him.

I'm so surprised that there was even a type of Romance in this book. Then again Shinichi had to sleep with someone just to get jobs but that didn't get him any where so it was pointless. I think Yuu was crazy to take Shinichi back but then if you love someone it's hard to stop loving them.

The plot was okay not the best I've read so far but it's alright, I did like the flash backs those were interesting. I kind of wished there was a bit more to the story to tell what happen after Shinichi gave up on everything to be with Yuu but then it's all up to the author.

Design

The drawings in this book isn't all that bad actually I liked the way the characters were drawn. Though two of the characters I had a tough time telling apart because they were so similar. They were brothers maybe that's why but it would have been better if the author at least made the younger of the two look great a bit young or a bit more different. Besides that the the characters were drawn semi alright and they do have a bit of detail in the face and hair.

Overall
It was an alright manga not the best I've read but not the worse either, I don't really recommend it either.

Summary
Haunted by an animal attack, seventeen year old Charlotte feels she is being followed. When she runs into a mysterious boy while camping, she’s afraid. Nothing seems right about him. Despite trying to stay away, there is an unmistakable draw to be near him. Even his scent smells familiar. But the closer she gets, the faster the secrets begin to unravel. Not only is he not human, he may have a link to her past. When Charlotte finds out someone wants her dead, she is torn between love and fear. Can she trust him to keep her safe?

My Thoughts on the Book
All I have to really say is wow, just wow I loved every moment of this book. Though I did find it went a bit to fast at the end of the book and how Liam/Aiden acted like a stalker kinda creep me other but besides that it was great. The hotness of werewolves! you can't help but drool at how they act and how the change into werewolf form (I'm a werewolf fanatic sorry!!). The way the author describe them in wolves is so amazing the sound just so beautiful. Though I did wonder what happen to that puppy at the beginning of the story it kind of disappeared. . .

Charlotte's past made up for how she acted in the present day. If it wasn't for that wolf attack she probably wouldn't have been so exciting as a character. With her past included it made her relationship with Liam a lot harder. Though she does learn to over come her fears to get to know Liam and the rest of the pack. She ever gets brave enough to not really mind being around them as wolves. As for Liam he's kind of scary with how much he starts to stalk her but besides that I like him as a character. He protective and loves to goof off with his pack mates. Not to mention he's really relax and cares so much for Charlotte though they just met. Then there is the pack mates each has their own personalities which works well in their pack. It's just so great to see the interactions and I also kind of feel sorry for the youngest cause he's always being picked on.

As for the Romance I have to say it all came to fast and I don't think normal relationships move that fast. They just met and the attraction and wanting to be together is all there. Then again with him being a werewolf it kind of has to be like that. Though I do find the relationship between to too right and sexy all at the same time because of the chemistry between them.

The plot was great, from what happen in the past with her being attacked by a wolf to the future where she thinks she's being followed by wolves. The meeting with Liam was also inventive and great I loved the interaction between the two during the first meeting. Then you learn about Liam and his past as well as the rest of the pack members it was all great and you will really love the plot line to this story. What I found disappointing though was that the story moved to fast, it felt like the ending of the book was rushed. I didn't think there was any point to rushing the ending the author could have token her time and made the story a bit longer so it didn't seem rushed.

Design

The cover is just so plain it's kind of annoying. I love werewolf books but this is just to annoying to look at. I wish for something a lot more interesting maybe even a person on a cover with a wolf or maybe a silhouette of a wolf and a girl. Having just a wolf there with a moon/sky background is just not very eye catching. It makes me feel like I should redesign the book instead. The title of the book isn't all that bad I don't mind the grudge feel of the type and the author's name is fine underneath the word.

Overall
I love this story, though again I wish there was more to it then just this. Otherwise I do recommend this book and I'm sure you will love this book as well if you like werewolf stories.

Summary
To break away from his existence as a NEET and staying at home all day, Endou Hiroshi starts work at a convenience store. There he meets an arrogant and rude co-worker, Yamai Kouhei, whom he just can’t get along with. However, after seeing a different side of Yamai and getting to know him more, Endou’s impression of him starts to change for the better. But, just as things seem to be going fine for Endou and his return to society, his past comes back to trouble him.

My Thoughts On Manga
It was so heart wrenching and sad I cried a few times in this manga. It just got to me to much and it was just to sad, I felt so connected to the character Endou Hiroshi that I couldn't believe it. It was cute and sweet all put together in a great manga.

Endou Hiroshi is a really shy boy and doesn't is scared to say what he wants. You always wonder why he quit school and it wasn't till sometime in the middle of reading the book do you realize why and want to cry. To see how cruel those boys acted towards him makes you wish you could hug him to make him feel better. To see how much he struggles to be who he is and try not to make what his old school mates say effect him so much was brave of him and I adore him for that. Then comes Yamai and everything turns out well. He doesn't care what those boys say about Endou he stare care for him and would do anything to make the boy feel better. He even falls in love with the boy in the end that's how great of a person he is. Though it's sad to see Endou struggle with his feelings for Yamai thinking the boy would hate him if he confessed but Yamai makes him confess and it all turns out right in the end.

The Romance was slow but sweet I enjoyed every moment of it. It was slow because of the build up between the two main characters. Endou hid his feelings from Yamai and wouldn't say his true feelings until Yamai confess first. It was just so cute and the romance blossom from that.

The plot line to this manga is so sad but so lovely as well. To see how boys reacted when they learn someone has a crush on them who is a boy and started to be mean is just hurtful. I love how Yamai deals with them and how he makes Endou trust in him. I highly reccomend this book if you ever come across it.

Design

Yamai is the blond hair boy and Endou is the black haired boy. They are both different in both personalty's and looks. They are great characters and your drawn to them right away even though Yamai is a bit rough around the edges you can't help but love him either way because of how he treats Endou. Though I don't really like the faces the author took her time in doing gradients in the background of each panel. If you don't like the style of drawing then don't look at just that judge it by the story line!

Overall
I do recommend this book for reading if you love a sad story and just want to cry. Don't forget it is a yaoi story but the plot is so well done you won't really care.

Summary
Myth and mayhem inhabit a richly reimagined New Orleans in this sequel to Darkness Becomes Her.After the epic graveyard battle at the end of Darkness Becomes Her, Ari and her friends know what they’re up against: Ari is facing the Medusa curse and is haunted by the image of what she will become. To make matters worse, the heinous goddess Athena has kidnapped young Violet and is threatening to destroy Ari.

Ari, along with the superhot Sebastian, is doing everything she can to learn more about Athena and to get Violet back. But the battle of good and evil is bigger than she realizes, and she’s about to be pulled into a world more horrific than she could ever imagine....

My Thoughts on the Book

The sequel to the God and Monster series is just wonderful. I love every moment of this exciting, to learn more about Athena and what she did to the gods was great. Though I did find it a little annoying at some parts, during the times she was in the prison. Not to mention I was annoyed when she used her power on Sebastian. I just...I just couldn't believe it I was so damn surprised and I kept wondering why she did that but then had to think more on the situation.

Ari has grown more sure of her self in this book, more so then before anyways. Now she knows she has a power in her that she can use even before she is 21. She just needs to figure out how to use it, she's more witty in this book and even though her relationship with Sebastian is unknown she still tries to see the best of things. She tries to figure out how to get her father and Violet back as well as figuring out how to defeat Athena. Sebastian is just as sexy as ever, he helps Ari any way he can and despite everything that happens he still loves her. Even when Athena drove them to the brink(can't explain your going to have to read the book to find out) he still loved her in the end. Oh he becomes even more sexy in the end and I wish this book would be turned into a movie so i can see him in real life haha. Also you get to learn more about Henri in this book, you learn of what he is. You also loved the fact that he is still annoying as ever to the kids and acts all tough but he still cares for them. All the characters that interact with Ari are interesting even Bran though he's tough and serious and loves to get under Ari's skin you know he cares about her.

The Romance in this book is there, they do kiss and you love every moment of them kissing. You can't get enough of it and you want them to be more and more of a couple. I do hope they officially get together in the next book, it would make me stop screaming in my head when Ari is confused on whether they like each other or not. I do hope to see more of them together in the next book and maybe more twists to in their relationship.

The plot was great, you got to learn more about Athena and how she took over mount Olympus. You learn that the reason why the remaining gods don't fight her is because she has something on each of them. It's great to learn that and you also get a chance to see more interaction between Ari and her father and you will probably see more of him in the next book. Ari learns more about the history of the gods and possible ways to lift the curse off of her. Not to mention that Ari may have more then just one power inside her!

Design

How can you not like the way this book is design. Look at how the hair turns into a snake half way down. I just find that cool and pretty and not disgusting at all since I do love snakes for that matter. The black surrounding the picture just adds to the beautiful image and the flowers give a almost light feel to it, like she's a snake but she's also beautiful. The title for the cover is well placed and it stands out a lot against the darkness of the cover. As well as the placement of the author's name at the bottom doesn't pull your eyes away from the main image and title which I find perfect.

Overall
It's a great sequel to the series and I can't wait for the next book to come out I'm so excited. I highly recommend this series so pick it up if you like Greek Myth's!

Summary
It’s the year 2028 and an experiment that went wrong seventeen years ago sends the world in lock-down from these genetic mutations. Sixteen-year-old Moira Warner knows only fear and secrecy, but that's understandable given she spent her toddler years in a lab. Why? Because she is one of them. Now she barely gets by with hiding her true self. That doesn't mean that she's averse to breaking a rule or two.

But when her curiosity gets the better of her at a new school, she lets loose with popular jock Spencer, and realizes she's been a fool to believe that she could be anything other than what she is; a monster. Before she can confide in anyone for help, her little slip up brings in the authority's and now her secret is out. The horrific memories of her past returns and with it the man that ruined her childhood.

With the help from someone she would have never thought and a group of unlikely accomplices, she must come face to face with her past. A past she would rather forget. Moira now becomes obsessed with getting her questions answered, and Liam is the only one who can provide the information she needs. But in her drive to find the truth, will Moira push her new friends to far, forcing her to leave her family, and the identity that she's shaped? This sends her on a journey to find out what she really is and along the way she just might find herself in the process. Maybe even love, if she's not too busy running and trying to blend in.

But can you really blend in if your hair, eyes, and other things change when you lose control?

Let's hope for Moria's sake she can, because if she can't she'll lose everything, and not just her life.

My Thoughts on Book
I gotta say I really loved this book, seeing the background to how the werewolf disease got out was seriously great. It drew me in right away and made me want to keep reading. The only problem I had with it was many spelling mistakes and lots of words that weren't needed in the sentence or a sentence not needed in reading this. Besides that I really loved this book, I first got it in dec 2011 and wanting to read something new I looked through my ebooks and picked this out. Then I notice that there was a updated version so I began to read the updated version which I'm happy that I picked it up.  This isn't like your normal werewolf stories, they don't turn into beasts or wolves for that matter. They do however have their hair change color, there eyes change color and then their claws and teeth change. This makes for a whole knew take on the werewolf story.

The characters in this book are so very interesting that you love how they interact together. Moira is a girl hiding her true self. For the last few years she's been hiding the fact that she wasn't human. She made sure she was careful in not showing her persona to people until a incident at school caused her to accidentally show it. She's thankful though for her friends that were there because with out them her problems would have gotten a lot worse but they saved her, that's how much they loved her as a friend even though they only knew her for a few months. Liam is new to the school only a few weeks after Moria moves to the school. He acts like a bad boy when Moria first meets him and always stays in the side lines being quite. Moria and him always seem to react to each other but they don't know why until near the end but even then they aren't 100% sure. Raven and Daisy are Moria's closes girl friends, they help Moria when ever she's down and tells her how she can trust them. These two if they weren't there I'm pretty sure Moria would be lonely with the guys that are around her so I'm glad these two characters are there. Then there is Ray and Marty, Ray is a great guy and loves to joke around and gets hit for it. He starts to be with Daisy while everything bad is happening around them giving a small sense of normalcy around Moria's crumbling world. Marty though is Moria's best friend, she cares alot about him and is like a rock to her. Marty is serious in his feelings for Moria and he loves to be with her and makes her feel better even when she wants to cry. He would do anything for Moria but gets hurt because he learns how Moria doesn't have the same feelings as he does for her, but then Moria doesn't know her own feelings herself.

There is Romance in this book but you will be a bit disappointment. The first guy Moria falls for she thought liked her but didn't turn out that way. Then she has confused feelings between Liam and Marty. She doesn't know if what she feels for Marty is love or just really good friendship. Then with Liam their attraction towards each other has a lot to do with their persona and how it creates a scent that causes there persona's to react strongly. I just hope in the second book she sorts through these feelings and pick a guy. Who I'm hoping it's Marty, I just love him so much.
The plot is just so great! I loved every moment for it. It tells of the story of Moria and how a scientist is obsesses with wanting to have her. She doesn't know why she's so special but doesn't want to be anywhere near that man. She comes to meet her friends and a strange boy who has connections to Marshall Black who was the one who escaped and started to spread the werewolf disease called MBS.  Though people don't call it that, they use the term Persona when they start to change. Everything about this makes a great story not to mention a strong main character and even love interests.

Design

Let me say this first, what the fuck does the first image have to do with anything about the book. It's so damn ugly and not really eye catching that I can't believe it was passed for a book cover for a while. That's the cover I originally had when I first read this book. Only recently did I see the update to the style and I'm happy with the new design it's so pretty and eye catching. I like the way the title is placed at the bottom in caps it makes it stand out along with the authors name beside the flowing line stokes under them. I do love the new cover and I'm glad the author update the look of it.

Overall

I do recommend this book if you love reading and love a new twist to the werewolf stories. Also if you don't mind the many grammatical errors in this book then you should diffidently read this book!
I got one question though...I bought the other two books for this series before the relaunch...does that mean they are useless now or will they be updated in my library too?
